Ms. Urvashi Shahi, Founder and Director of Educate ME and Kids Kingdom Group, is a seasoned education leader with over 15 years of experience across India and the UAE. As an educationist—and a mother of two—her heart and soul are deeply rooted in the belief that teachers are naturally born nurturers, uniquely placed to shape children’s confidence, values, and lifelong love for learning.
Her philosophy is grounded in the understanding that education is not merely the acquisition of knowledge, but the nurturing of curiosity, character, and confidence—essential for children and educators to thrive in an ever-evolving world. This belief shapes every initiative at Educate ME, where learners are empowered to think critically, learn continuously, and apply their knowledge with purpose and integrity.
Ms. Shahi is deeply committed to creating safe, inclusive, and ethically driven learning environments where learners feel encouraged to ask questions, explore ideas, and grow into reflective professionals. Under her leadership, education goes beyond curriculum delivery to inspire understanding, creativity, resilience, and professional confidence.
Holding an MBA in Human Resources and International Relations, she brings a strong foundation in leadership development, mentoring, organisational culture, and team values—recognising that meaningful educational services can only be delivered through empowered people. A strong advocate for women’s workforce participation, Ms. Shahi actively believes in creating opportunities, flexible pathways, and leadership roles for women educators, enabling them to grow, lead, and balance professional excellence with personal responsibilities.
Her professional journey began with the founding of Maitreya College of Education and Management in India in 2010, followed by the establishment of the Kids Kingdom Learning Centre chain in the UAE in 2014. Today, Kids Kingdom is a respected international early years education group, recognised for its child-centred practices, safeguarding culture, and compliance excellence.
Ms. Shahi holds the NCFE CACHE Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children and Young People’s Services (RQF) and is a qualified CAVA and IQA, enabling her to lead, assess, and quality-assure vocational education programmes to international standards. She is also a certified POSH and POCSO Trainer, actively contributing to safer workplaces and child-safe organisations through policy development, staff training, and safeguarding awareness.
Renowned as a world-class trainer and workshop specialist, she has extensive experience delivering leadership, safeguarding, compliance, and professional development programmes across both corporate and educational settings. Her approach blends academic rigour with practical insight, ensuring learners and professionals are not only qualified—but confident, reflective, and future-ready.
