Here what our accomplished learners have to say about their learning experience with us.
My name is Anum Abbasi, I am CACHE Level 5 qualified. This qualification has significantly strengthened my capabilities as a nursery manager. The qualification has equipped me with strong leadership and strategic management skills, enabling me to confidently oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high standards of quality across the setting. I have developed a deep understanding of early years pedagogy, safeguarding, staff supervision, and performance management, allowing me to lead and mentor my team effectively. CACHE Level 5 has also enhanced my ability to plan and evaluate curriculum implementation, build strong partnerships with parents, and create a nurturing, well-organised, and child-centred learning environment

Studying and completing the CACHE Level 3 has strengthened my professional practice.
In the early years of education.
The knowledge I gained through it has enhanced my understanding of the foundation
stage framework, including safeguarding, inclusive practice, and the use of the
Development Matters approach to plan and deliver age-appropriate hands – on activities
in the classroom. It has also helped me to observe and assess children’s learning experiences that promote their holistic development in the setting, build a positive relationship with parents, colleagues reflect on my strategies, learn new trends, and apply them in my daily life lesson and activities.

At the beginning of my CACHE Level 3 journey, I expected simple study material. Instead, I found a programme that completely reshaped how I see my role with children. It showed me how essential it is to observe their emotions, recognise the messages behind their behaviour, and use that insight to guide and support them. I learned solutions and strategies I would have never known without this deeper understanding. It made me realise how much thought, care, and responsibility go into truly supporting a child’s development.
